\"IMG_1318\"<\/a>Erica & Victoria, long time friends of Andy, came to visit for a long weekend last weekend.  There’s just something great about the people who are the closest to the ones you’re the closest with.  They just become automatic friends, and they’re typically the best kind because it’s likely you’re going to love them just as much as your friends do.  <\/p>\n

\"IMG_1292\"<\/a>That’s definitely the case here.  The sorta-rican and the smasian and I really hit it off, and the four of us had an absolutely great time.  The girls got to see a ton of the city, and I got to join in on a lot of it.  <\/p>\n

We went out dancing at “80’s Night” where we had a pretty awesome brush with fame.  We got to see (and some of us got to meet) Christian from Season 4 of Project Runway<\/a>.  If you know me, you know that I have a non-so-secret love for the show.  I knew who he was, but I hadn’t seen the most recent season so I wasn’t quite as stoked as the girls, but it was pretty damn cool.  I also discovered how awesomely nice the girls are, particularly when I was off dancing with someone that they thought I might ought not be dancing with.  I’ve never had friends do intentionally-preventative-cock-blocking, but it was quite cool to watch and awfully sweet.<\/p>\n

\"IMG_1369\"<\/a> The rest of the weekend was spent doing random touristy things (like the Theo Chocolate factory tour), going out to eat, the opening day of Wall-E at the Cinerama<\/a>.  The crazy thing about that night was that I ran into at least 7 people at the movie<\/em> that I knew from other contexts.  I swear, it was like living back in CU where everyone knows everyone.  Bizarre.<\/p>\n
